Sometime in December last year, I had one the most unexplainable encounters, swift! It left me in awe, afraid at a point (cause I could feel shivers), and yet grateful for the experience.
In my church, there is this occasional thing we do as a form of giving back to society from time to time, we call it “Jesus Market”. For Jesus Market, the workers and ministers in the church come together to buy foodstuff and share it with the congregation members for free!
Normally, the ushers after having gone around would write down numbers to wherever the attendance stopped and create numbers that will be cut to little cuts of paper, like the one you see above. The little rolled papers are then put together and mixed, when the ushers go around, any number you pick is what your number will be as it will also determine when you come out to pick whatever commodity you want.
It’s almost so painful when there are like thirty tubers of yam and you pick number 55, in other words, the yam fit not reach you😂😂
But you get it now, yeah?
While my Pastor gave the announcement that faithful Sunday, he also gave a rundown on the tradition of how we do it, the very moment he said you will pick a number, it was as though I suddenly heard a strong lid voice that said “34”! Out of wonder because it was very strange, I decided to write “34” on the top right corner of my note and did a little design around it.
I had forgotten about my sudden number revelation when the ushers went around the auditorium stretching out the book where the rolled papers were for everyone to pick and see the surprise that awaited them in the form of a number😂
I picked a piece of paper to see my lucky number and it was the number 34 I picked, brethren, I started shaking in my seat, and sudden cold ran through my body, it was then I remembered that I heard the number 34. There were over a hundred people in the church that day, this wouldn’t even be tagged coincidence, I was amazed, surprised and left in awe.
I immediately arose and went to meet my mum to share what had happened with her, I can not remember her exact response but she rather had a look of joy on her face. One that said something like “Can you see how God works”.
I shared the experience with a friend as I still ruminated about it through the evening that day.
Nothing that pertains to you is mundane before God
Every little itty bitty detail of your life is significant before your Father
Never you think He has stopped caring for you
God is love
God is light
God is the expression of the love you seek.
Next week’s mail is going to be very unpredictable because it's Convention Week at my Church, RCCG!
If you know, you know🤭
I enjoy doing this every week
And I love keeping it fresh
Today's main takeaway is what it interprets to you, I don't have a template for you.
Ps: Forgive my cracked nail paint🙃
Until the coming week
Love you all dearly by heart

Yes, God is in the little things as much as he is in the big things.
God is very intentional about us and it's so annoying when people say put God aside and let's face reality😩😪
Alakoba😂 God is my reality abeg
